CloudFit is a UK connected health app, made by CloudFit Enterprise Ltd in London, that combines an AI health coach with qualified health and fitness practitioners. It is sold to employers, schools and white-label partners, and to consumers on iOS and Android.
CloudFit is for individuals who want their health in one place, for employers supporting the wellbeing of their workforce, and for schools supporting their pupils and staff.
No. CloudFit (cloudfit.io) is made by CloudFit Enterprise Ltd in London. We are not affiliated with CloudFit for Gyms (cloudfit.tv) or CLOUDFIT cloud-cost tools.
CloudFit Enterprise Limited was incorporated on 7 February 2022 (Companies House number 13897946) and is based in London. Our trading address is Office 25, Niddry Lodge, 51 Holland Street, London W8 7JB.
For organisations: Priced per person, per month, scaled to your size — with no build cost and live in weeks, not months. For individuals, CloudFit is a subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
No — but it's encouraged. A smartwatch unlocks richer sleep, recovery and activity data, which makes your programmes and coaching noticeably sharper.
No problem. CloudFit builds workouts around whatever you have — including minimal or no equipment, right at home.

Your plan travels with you. CloudFit adapts your training and wellbeing plan to your schedule, space and equipment wherever you are.
Most apps track one thing. CloudFit connects everything — and its intelligence uses the full picture to coach you. Your sleep affects your training plan. Your training affects your nutrition targets. It's a 360° approach, not another dashboard.

Privacy and data
Completely. Your coach only has access to your own data — it's never shared, sold, or visible to your employer or anyone else. If your school gives you CloudFit, its coaches see your own progress, only if you agree. Data is encrypted, and you can delete it at any time. Your data is stored on our secure servers in the UK. When CloudFit Intelligence answers you, your message may be processed in the European Union.
Your employer can't. Employers only see group totals about how CloudFit is used, such as the average Thrive score, never your own data, mood or check-ins, and only for groups of 30 people or more. If your school gives you CloudFit as a student, its coaches can see your own progress, such as your scores, check-ins and training, but only if you agree. They never see your conversations with the AI coach or your meals. Health data, including mood, is only used with your explicit consent.
Only if you choose. AI training is off unless you turn it on yourself in the app's settings, and your employer or school can't turn it on for you. If you do, we use de-identified copies of your conversations, logs and the health data you share. You can turn it off at any time, and saying no doesn't change the service you get.
No. The AI models behind CloudFit Intelligence run in CloudFit's own private cloud, and your data isn't sent to outside AI companies. Your data is stored on secure servers in the UK, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
